Protecting your privacy matters to us. We process personal data (data that identifies you directly or indirectly) in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. What data we process

When you visit our online shop or make a purchase there, we collect the following data:

• Contact details: surname, first name, email address (for delivery of the eSIM)
• Order data: packages ordered, prices, payment status
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, date and time of access (log files)

4. Purpose of processing

We use your data primarily for the following purposes:

• To process your order and deliver the eSIM by email
• To accept payments (see point 6)
• To communicate with you (queries about your order, support)
• To ensure the security of our website

5. Disclosure to third parties

We only pass your data to third parties where this is necessary to perform the contract. These include:

• eSIM Access (supplier): your email address is passed to our eSIM supplier to issue the eSIM
• IT service providers & hosting: our website is hosted technically by Odoo S.A. (Belgium), who have access to server log files
• Accounting / fiduciary: for the bookkeeping required by law

No disclosure for advertising purposes takes place.

6. Payment providers (Stripe, Mollie & TWINT)

We use external payment providers to process payments. When you make a payment at checkout, your payment data is transmitted directly to the provider concerned. We do not store any credit card data ourselves.

By choosing a payment method you consent to the transmission of the data required for payment processing to the provider concerned.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device.

• Technically necessary cookies: essential for the shopping cart and session management
• Analytics tools: we may use tools (Odoo Analytics) to analyse user behaviour anonymously. You can disable storage at any time in your browser settings.

8. Data security (SSL/TLS)

All connections to our website are SSL/TLS encrypted (HTTPS). Payments are processed via Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

9. Retention period

We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years for accounting data under the Swiss Code of Obligations). Support messages are deleted once the matter is closed.

You have the right at any time to:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data (where no retention obligation applies)
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Complaint to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
