eSIMProfi24 — Ochsenbein Electronics, Diemerswil
1. Scope and validity
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to business dealings with Ochsenbein Electronics (hereinafter «the provider»), trading under the brand eSIMProfi24 at www.esim-profi24.ch. Deviating terms of the buyer are not recognised unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The provider confirms receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of the eSIM activation data by email.
3. Products — digital eSIM
The products offered are exclusively digital goods (eSIM data packages). With your purchase you acquire:
- a digital activation code (QR code) for an eSIM
- the data allowance defined in the package (e.g. 3 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB)
- a defined validity period from activation (e.g. 30 days)
- access to 4G/5G networks in the stated country or region
The eSIM is non-transferable and can only be activated on one device.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). The provider is not liable for VAT; the prices shown are final prices.
Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe. Accepted are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. The charge is made at the time of the order.
5. Delivery
The eSIM activation data is delivered by email to the address given at the time of the order, as a rule within a few minutes of receipt of payment, and at the latest within 24 hours.
Activation requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Further information on compatibility can be found on our website.
6. Right of withdrawal — digital goods
Important note: For digital content (eSIM codes), the right of withdrawal expires under Art. 40e of the Swiss Code of Obligations upon delivery of the activation data, provided the customer has expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed their awareness that they lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins. By placing an order, the customer accepts this condition.
Unactivated eSIM packages can be cancelled for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the activation code has not been used. Requests to: [email protected]
7. Warranty and liability
The provider warrants that the eSIM codes supplied are functional and provide the described data allowance. Excluded are disruptions caused by network outages of the local operator, force majeure or device incompatibility.
Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit or consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
The provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version published at the time of the order applies.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bern, Switzerland.
